Training and Development
BDO are committed to the on-going development of our peoples’ careers; providing technical and non-technical training across all levels to help meet Firm and individual objectives. From attaining a professional qualification with generous study leave provided at trainee level to internal training programmes, firm-wide projects and sector focus groups at senior management levels.
Sports and Social Events
BDO organise sporting and social events for all employees in the practice; this is an excellent opportunity for partners and staff to interact outside of the normal working environment. Past events have included, sailing trips, Christmas and Hallowe’en parties, triathlon team competitions, charity events and many more.
Giving back to the community is an important part of doing business in BDO. Our community involvements encompass both financial support and investment of our peoples’ expertise and time.
