Biography:
Michael is head of the Business Owner Services team and is a Tax Planning Director. Michael has over 20 years experience in taxation and advisory work and joined BDO in 1999.

Michael advises business owners on the issues facing them and their businesses and specialises in the implementation of tax efficient structuring of transactions. He advises on all types of transactions with a focus on maximising the return for the business owner. In particular Michael has considerable experience in advising on:
- Share transactions and share reorganisations
- Property ownership
- Sales and Purchases of companies.
Michael has assisted a significant number of families in devising and implementing tax efficient succession plans for business and non-business assets by way of family agreement.
